Thank you for purchasing a piece of jewelry from SHIRAORA.
Now all that’s left for you is to enjoy it.
At SHIRAORA, I make sure to provide you with high-standard jewelry. It is important to me that you know that every product undergoes strict quality control. And at the same time, you deserve a product warranty.
Attached is a warranty certificate for your new piece of jewelry. Renew yourself ☺
SHIRAORA gives you a warranty on the purchase of jewelry for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
SHIRAORA gives you the option of professional cleaning at no cost for the jewelry you purchased once a year. All you have to do is send the jewelry to me (the shipping cost, round trip, is for the customer), after coordinating in advance via the company’s email or by phone and we will make sure to renew it for you.
The warranty covers items found to have a manufacturing defect only. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from incorrect use, poor customer care, natural wear and tear, accident and/or malicious destruction.
Please note that any repair, size adjustment or any action done on the jewelry by a party other than SHIRAORA, will void SHIRAORA’s warranty on the jewelry.
In the event that your jewelry is damaged after the warranty period has ended, we can repair it. The costs and repair times vary depending on the required repair.

 

Exchanges and credits

Exchange of products bought on the website will be made within 14 business days from the day the customer receives the product and will be possible subject to the following cumulative conditions:
The company’s confirmation, after checking that the product returned is in good condition and identical to the product that was sold and delivered to the customer,
The product will be returned in its original packaging. The product has not been used.
Custom-made jewelry: Cancellation of a specific change and customization for the customer (manufacturer’s product specifically according to the customer’s requirements or specially adapted to her needs) returns/exchanges cannot be made for them, including: unique products that are made for the customer according to measurements/ Special requirements/inlay/engraving.
Cancellation of a transaction according to the “Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction) 2010” will be possible as follows: A monetary credit as part of a cancellation of a transaction must occur within 48 hours of receiving the product by the customer. With a deduction of 5% or NIS 150 (whichever is lower) to be charged as a cancellation fee.
